I'll never persuade him he's wrong

Welcome to another Arcane Elegance, the every week Mage pillar that enjoys everything Mageworthy and believes Warlocks fragrance crazy.

I have a friend who doesn't use add-ons.

I know, I know. And before you ask: yes, he is a moron. It's a defect I've discovered to ignore during the decades we've known each other. His reasoning for not using add-ons seems to be a variety of doubt for anything that isn't aspect of the experience right out of the box and a misdirected perception that add-ons somehow mean a way of being disloyal.

Now, I'll never persuade him he's wrong--even though he clearly is--but I chalk that up to the factor that he is a moron. We both know and take the facts of his moronitude, identify that after 20 decades of friendly relationship, he probably isn't going to become any less shocking, and move on to other subjects.

You see, add-ons are amazing. I regularly claim to anyone who loves you for you to pay attention (earning me more than a few unusual looks, believe you me) that knowing add-ons are tips generally because Blizzard didn't system them into the standard UI is quite much the same factor as considering inside water system a deceive because God didn't system it into the World when he originally designed it. Addons are the community's way of grafting performance into the experience that Blizzard should have engaged from the start, and that's generally how it is. And yes, I am in a roundabout way rebuking deity for not providing human beings with bathrooms from the starting. I mean, how does it sound right that we had to go centuries without the option of urination indoors? That's just inadequate style. I completely anticipate to be hit down at any time as an example to smart-asses everywhere.

Disclaimer: I am in no way saying that not using add-ons creates you a moron. I'm certain there are an outstanding many of you out there who select not to use add-ons, and I'm sure you're by and large amazing, completely doing people. All I'm saying is that my friend isn't one of those individuals. Also add-ons are amazing. That's all I'm saying.
